At Shri Swami Samarth Math, Bhuigaon, every Pooja and Seva is planned and arranged in advance. Therefore, we request devotees to book carefully.

 

General Policy

 

All confirmed Pooja and Seva bookings are generally *non-cancellable and non-refundable*.

Once payment is successfully completed, refunds will not be issued except in the exceptional circumstances described below.

 

Annadan Seva

 

If an Annadan Seva cannot be conducted on the booked date due to unavoidable circumstances from the Math's side (such as administrative or operational reasons), it will ordinarily be rescheduled to the next available suitable date in consultation with the devotee. A monetary refund will generally not be provided.

 

Cancellation by the Devotee

 

If a devotee is unable to attend or wishes to cancel after booking:

 

No refund will be provided.

The booked Seva may still be performed on behalf of the devotee, wherever applicable, according to temple customs.

 

Cancellation by the Math

 

In the rare event that a Seva cannot be performed due to extraordinary circumstances (such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or other events beyond the Math's control), the Math may:

 

Reschedule the Seva to another suitable date; or

Offer an alternative religious arrangement, if applicable.

 

Refunds in such cases shall be at the sole discretion of the Math management.

 

Duplicate or Failed Transactions

 

If payment is deducted multiple times for the same booking due to a technical error, the excess amount will be verified and refunded to the original payment method.

If payment fails but the amount is debited, devotees should contact their bank first. Once the transaction status is verified, appropriate assistance will be provided.
